Good quality product promptly delivered
The Arbour was promptly delivered and assembly was relatively easy with the help of an online video. Very pleased with the result which is a lovely addition to our garden.

From the ones I've seen this is a beautiful arbour hence the reason i purchased it ,i cant comment on the item as yet because it won't be assembled before the spring but i can say i bought it at a very good price and it was delivered quickly and professionaly.

Love my arbour had many of a nice evening out on it with my lovely cushions and blanket,got lovely lights around it. Plus can store my stuff at the end of the evening so I would say a very happy customer! Happy happy

Lovely place to sit
Had fun putting this together however would have appreciated clearer instructions, had to watch a YouTube video to aid construction. Very comfortable and sheltered when you put your feet up, just what I wanted.

Worth the effort !
Easy to order, delivered with no problems, 99% contests accuracy - but instructions not too easy to follow, e.g. 3 screws needed to secure 4 sections of wood ? , - all worthwhile however as it looks very good and is comfy

Delivered very quickly some parts had cracks in the wood one back panel frame was split had to stick and screw it
, i started painting before i discovered it.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
