Not great for the price
To start, Robert Dyas resolved the below issues with the supplier Zest4leisure smoothly.
The first emily love seat arrived poorly packed in clear ripped plastic and the seats were dirty, heavily marked and one part was damaged. Also the adjoining tables x2 were missing. The missing tables arrived but no replacement damaged seat. After the second attempt this arrived properly packaged and care was taken. For the price the build quality isn't perfect with gaps showing on some of the joints and glue clear to see. It does look like it will be sturdy.
Delivery of the item needs to be better presented and not look like it is off the seconds shelf and some form of quality control to ensure product matches the large asking price.

We ordered this companion set as a wedding gift .notification of delivery wasn’t great as had an email to say it was coming in a few days and turned up the day after with no notice . Came with a damaged component and took over a week with lots of emails and calls to sort . Was expecting to wait for manufacturers to contact us but in the end I contacted them. Overall fairly happy with the final product but not the service.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
