Difficult to put together, but worth the effort...
After deciding to invest in new outdoor furniture I found the set I was looking for on the Robert Dyas website. I wanted something sturdy and traditional.
I ordered the set on line and have to say that communication was poor. I found it difficult to interpret the delivery notice, there was little email communication.
When it was delivered in the pouring rain, my furniture was left at the kerb on a pallet which I had to take inside my garden piece by piece.
My husband then downloaded the instructions only to find they didn’t match the paper instructions. It was difficult to put together.
However, now the pain of all that is over, I love it. It’s exactly what we wanted. I don’t know what you would do if you were less able than us. You wouldn’t even get it into your garden. Customer service could definitely be improved...
