Fabulous servicels
I can't praise this company enough. I purchased a three tier planter. The process was easy the service was fast and efficient and the quality of the product is excellent. The product was well packaged and instructions to construct straightforward and simple. All in all I would buy from this company anytime.

End result looks great!
I bought this recently but found it difficult to build - the pre-drilled holes need wider drilling, and there are no guideline holes in the ends of each trough. It did though and the result is a very robust, sturdy and attracive item in our garden. Love the quality of wood and hope it stands up to the elements over the coming years.

Assembly could be a bit easier
This is a decent product despite the poor finish on one of the three troughs. I have no idea why the manufacturer did not bother to drill any small guide holes in the sides of the troughs. This would have made it easier to screw the various parts together in the correct position. Nevertheless, the assembly is not too difficult with two people and we were satisfied with the end result.

Sturdy stand
Good product, but required the help of a carpenter friend with a drill to put it together. This was not apparent from the instructions.

Disappointing
We were disappointed with the quality of the product when considering the cost. There were no guiding drill holes or marks in the trays giving guidance when attaching the frame to the boxes.

Make sure you own a good drill!
Nice product but make sure you have a good quality drill to hand. The instructions say that all you need is a screw driver, however few of the pre-drilled holes actually match up!
Looking forward to displaying it in our garden!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
