Please note: the timber used to build this product has been pressure treated for durability and longevity and is likely to still have some green spotting on it as a result. There is no need to worry about these small dots as they are perfectly normal and will disappear within just a few weeks. Wood is a natural material and will inevitably move and warp slightly with time. If your wood splits or cracks with the passing seasons there is no need for concern, this is a natural by-product of timber construction.

Poor instructions
Not as easy to put together as I expected. The holes in the legs did not match up with the holes in the main frame. Instructions were poor as there was no indication which legs went where, made worse by the holes not lining up. Once put together the foot rest was fine.

Disappointing kit
Arrived safely and with all parts, albeit with legs machined with profiles that don't fit the stool underside. Misleading and erroneous instructions which if followed would create a wonky and useless footstool. Use common common sense, a power tool to create your own holes and a flat batten to place along the bottom of each pair of legs to ensure they are level before you screw them in tightly. Disappointingly, the top of the legs are exposed to the elements as they're not aligned to fit under the slats of the foot rest. Inbuilt obsolescence I guess.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
