ZeroWater’s 12-cup water filter jug is the first in its class to benefit from a sealed lid and reservoir which allows filtered water to be poured while water which hasn’t yet been filtered remains in the reservoir.

This provides great tasting water without the dissolved solids which may include Minerals, Salts, Metals, Chemicals and Runoff. Four additional stages of water filtration ensure larger particles and other contaminants are removed, ensuring the filter delivers a “000” reading on the included laboratory-grade water quality meter

This has changed the way we drink water!
Fantastic Product! It’s shocking how dirty the tap water is when testing it with the testing probe. Water tastes completely different now. Never going back!

Very effective.
This filter produces clean tasting water and one of that, according to independent tests, removes practically all of the fluoride in drinking water. This came with a water quality tester.

Zero water jug 2.8L
I normally use a water distiller to filter my water but wanted a simpler solution for when I don’t have time. After lots of research I went for Zero Water 2.8L jug as this is the only filter jug that actually removes all of the nasties from UK tap water. I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and can highly recommend it

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
