The Aqara Security Bundle 3 includes the G2H Pro Camera Hub and 3 Door & Window Sensors. The Aqara Camera Hub G2H Pro is an intelligent product that integrates the dual functions of camera and smart hub, and is easily powered by the included Micro-USB cable. It has functions such as video intercom, motion detection, sound detection, MicroSD card recording, NAS storage, timelapse, privacy area covering and more. It can also be used as a Zigbee hub in collaboration with other sensors, such as those included, to realise the functions such as home guard, data reporting, and smart control. It also supports HomeKit Secure Video.The included Door & Windows sensors are designed to detect door and window opening events for enhanced home security and peace of mind, and have a battery life of up to 2 years with the included CR1632 battery. Utilising the hubs alarm function, this can be programmed to alert with the built-in siren and mobile notifications.Bundle Includes: G2H Pro Camera, 3 x Door & Window Sensor

- Connect up to 64 Aqara sensors and controllers and enjoy home automation, remote control, and third-party ecosystem support
- G2H Pro supports HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, and Google Home (including streaming to smart displays), and connects the compatible child devices to HomeKit, Alexa, Google Assistant, and more
- Door and window sensors detect the current status of doors or windows via this distance magnets inside the sensors
- The G2H Pro Camera Hub will notify you via smartphone and built-in siren and record a short clip in case an abnormal sound or motion is detected. A short clip will be sent to the cloud immediately (can be disabled in settings) while the full footage will be recorded locally
- G2H Pro now supports an even wider 146° viewing angle which gives the image, captured by a crisp 1080p sensor, a more “fish-eye” look
- The base has a built-in strong magnet, which can be attached to the surface of metal objects. The package includes an iron wall mount and screws, which support multiple installation methods
- When your Aqara sensors are triggered by an event such as opening the door, it will be marked on the video timeline, and you will be able to see video notifications
- Local privacy masking can prevent certain parts of the image to be recorded or sent to third-party servers such as Google or Amazon

Aquara Camera
A very complex camera which did not connect to the door alarm. There is no customer service number to contact (only email) therefore was not ideal.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
