Very practical
Used for the first time this weekend, to do my supermarket shop, 4 large bags easily and safely carried. Then went to buy a duvet and bedding, again carried with ease, will be using regularly from now on.
My only issue is the connector to the bike, the hole will not go over my spindle, so have needed to modify, also the instruction leaflet is next to useless, fortunately I managed to work out the assembly myself

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
