Quality
Quality materials and construction, this airer is leagues ahead of the item it replaces. It comes with a solid ground spike, but I also bought the Brabantia concrete socket to complete the installation in our rocky ground. Happy customer!

Brabantia Rotary Lift-O-Matic Airer
Quality item.Have had it for a few months now and still like it. Easy to put up and take down. Love the fact when I cover it after use, I no longer have to stand on an old garden chair. Cost more than alternative rotary driers but well worth the extra.

Excellent products and service
This is a well made, sturdy product. At the time of ordering we hadn't realised that only a ground spike was included, not the concrete tube, but on contacting customer services they sent one out to us without quibble. I also bought the line cover, as I'd had one previously which had lasted for years. All in all, Brabantia are an excellent make.

Ordered on line and delivered within a couple of days. Extremely pleased with the rotary line and wish I had purchased a Brabantia washing line years ago. Only two of us at home and have plenty of room for all washing on a 40m line.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
