Quality Kettle
Bought this and had the architect one for over 10 years which still works but I couldn't replace the filter. I would never buy any other kettle but dualit. the toaster is great too

Best kettle I’ve ever bought
This kettle is great quality, sturdy, lovely to look at and pours brilliantly. It’s the best kettle I’ve ever bought and I’m glad I spent the money on it. I have bought a different brand expensive kettle in the past and the quality wasn’t as good as this. The spout on this kettle is great and pours so well. What a great quality product that looks fabulous.

Definitely quiet
I already had a dualit kettle but found it very loud. This is a much quieter kettle but doesn’t have the button to auto open the lid to refill which can be awkward if you have recently boiled the kettle and it is still hot, as it is obviously tight fitting and have managed to burn myself a couple of times..... so I’m not sure which one I actually prefer!

Dualit kettles
To be honest, not that impressed with the kettle. Dualit has a name, but this kettle falls well below expectations considering it's price £125!! I did research and Dualit kettles did not appear on any of best of lists. It looks good, and that's about it, lid does not open easily, two hands needed. Would not recommend this kettle

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
