Focal point fires are the best , realistic flame display, quiet and reliable. The seller Robert Dyas price for this product was substantially lower than other companies. Would certainly look at them again when looking for more items.

Very pleased
We received our fire today, we've just moved into our apartment that is all electric, our lounge was cold and the electric radiator struggled to heat the room. It's 6m by 3m, we were concerned the fire wouldn't be able to do the job, we had it running on max for an hour and had to turn it down. We're very impressed. Would highly recommend this fire. The fan does make a slight noise but to be expected.

I shopped around for an electric stove type fire and couldn't believe that the same fire from another well known company was nearly £100 dearer. Keep doing what you're doing Robert Dyas. Excellent quality, speedy delivery and great value for money.

Fantastic realistic flame affect in fact it was the best one i have seen even better than electric stoves that are double the price, The look of the stove itself is smart and streamline when switched off though the fuel look's a bit naff but at night when its switched on its so lovely and gives a real warm glow even with no heat on, i would recommend to anyone wishing to make a focal point in the home

Very pleased with this electric fire stove. It fits into the fireplace in our TV room and looks very well. The flame effect is very good with efficient fan heater below. All in all am very happy with this product and would recommend as a purchase.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
