  • Easy to maintain cream polyester canopy. Simply wipe clean with a damp sponge or cloth and allow to dry. We would recommend using the parasol with a sturdy base, (sold separately) and we would advise that the item is safely stored when not in use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Get what you pay for... Lightweight and flimsy so doesn't do much to block sun out, cantilever already seizing up at times, pole scratched. On the plus side I can manage to put it up on my own which I couldn't with the better quality more expensive one. Not sure it will last long but it was cheaper than same product on other sites.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn’t recommend Within a week of having this and winding the parasol up/down a handful of times the mechanism became stiff and then the handle snapped off. Parasol now stuck open and customer services wont even respond to sort their faulty product. Will now avoid this company for any future purchases with an appalling service like this.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
