We recommend that you have a drill, pencil, tape measure, ruler and screw driver to hand when installing these pull out baskets. We also found that 270 degree door hinges were required when installing this unit but it is dependent on your kitchen layout.

Kukoo magic Corner. Great but beware
Good quality build magic corner. Warning! If your concealed space is on the right you need the right hand model. Not the left as shown in the video. Although the returning to a store was easy enough.

Same as for the right hand baskets
Customer services have been very helpful, but it’s taken a while to return the one that won’t fit. I’ve been told to take the box to a drop off point, but I need it collecting as I’m 74 and without a car, and the box weighs 24 kg.

Incorrect information of cabinet door opening
The mechanism of this product is great, but unfortunately once all in situ there are two main issues, firstly major issue is that the bigger baskets DO NOT FIT THROUGH A 400mm DOOR, you need a wider opening of 450mm, if you have a 800mm cabinet then your middle post will be designed for a 400mm door, so you will need to move the post to accommodate a 450mm door or if you have space for a 900mm cabinet then the middle post will be in the correct position, secondly the middle post support, supporting the cabinet is to deep for the mechanism handle to slide left or right into the cabinet, the way I have got around it is by taking out the middle post and reducing the depth. A lot of faffing around and luckily I could move my 800mm cabinet 5cm to accommodate a 450mm door to which I’ve had to pay extra for. I strongly advise checking all of this before ordering as it has a been a costly experience.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
