We recommend that you have a drill, pencil, tape measure, ruler and screw driver to hand when installing these pull out baskets. We also found that 270 degree door hinges were required when installing this unit but it is dependent on your kitchen layout.

They only fit a 900mm unit, not 800
I’m returning these. Firstly the website is confusing as they call the left and right hand ones by quite different names. Also there needs to be more detail on the website, showing the space required for operating them. I ordered left and right, but both boxes came with Left on them, but with different numbers, not relating in any way to the numbers on the website. I was assured that the numbers would be correct even though the names were not. The fixture is a brilliant idea, but even though the left one was installed in an 800 unit, it wouldn’t work, as by the time the kitchen is fitted, the opening is less than 400. My fitter said they are really easy to install, so I hope I can find smaller baskets to use on the left hand frame.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
