Nice basic little shed
Basic shed that took a while to build.
The lock broke as soon as we put it on so had to buy a stronger one. Very rough wood but once we painted it, it looked a lot better. Probably overpriced for what you get but it was the only one we could find in this size

Average for what it is.
Delivery driver was grumpy and he really didn't want to help me more than possible. Wood looks rougher than I thought and in hindsight, I should have got something else as it's just storage for my lawnmower and a few other garden items; but it's too late now.

Frame timber bowed , so much so had to add material then cut door down and remake so it would fit , overall wouldn't buy another

Rough work
The panels are very roughly constructed - protruding nails and slats of unequal length. Door panels are slightly too large to ensure easy closing. The roof felt strip is slightly too narrow to ensure the correct overlap for the roof. Shortfall of correct length screws. Add to that the delivery driver's refusal to help us carry the panels from the road to our property (as we are in our 70s this proved an unwelcome challenge).

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
