Great egg chair
A very nice and comfortable egg chair, easy to put together and goes very well with my garden furniture. I like the fact that seat can be folded for easy storage.

Perfect for the garden and to meet sensory needs!
Despite a couple of issues - these were resolved very quickly and the communication has been great.
The Egg chair is amazing. It was predominantly bought for my son who is Autistic and he loves it! If we had the space we’d buy another couple for the rest of the family.

Great delivery- best first time purchase!
Although I haven’t yet put together my egg chair, my first time shopping with Robert Dyas has been a great experience! The best price I could find absolutely anywhere (and I’m the champion of bargain hunts online), super fast delivery and the right amount of updates well informed of when it’d be coming via emails and texts. So excited to put it together ready for the summer. One of the only online retailers I’ve seen where you can accumulate points so I have some saved up for my next purchase- and even better that loads of items are free delivery!

Egg chair
Egg chair is very sturdy and comfortable. Looks nice too, and reasonably priced. Only downside was that instruction werent clear early enough that there was a lever tool to help you pull tricky bits together and my partner pulled a muscle in his chest. Happy with chair though.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
