Bought a month ago and immediately made up the flat pack, didn’t fully line up but it’s ok managed to do the problem nut and bolt up. Looks fine just like any other in this style, for the price it’s very hard to beat when other examples of similar sun beds are twice or even three times the price, that can’t be justified given the amount of use it will get each year. As I basically said you get what you pay for and didn’t want to pay 3 - 500. But disappointing is the rattan pattern, not all sides have the same pattern. But it does the job. Quite comfortable given the thickness of the cushion, although our garden furniture cushions are twice as thick so you can tell the difference and may well invest in a thicker one

Ongoing complaint - 3 weeks - item faulty.
I had an issue with the product where the nuts are missing so cannot bolt together. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no response. Some of the bolt holes I physically cannot install as they will not line up.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
