Amazing
I got this for my dog as he loves being out and about, but he’s getting too old to walk that far. He loves it. We’ve been to the beach we’ve been by the river. We’ve been for long walks when he gets tired he just gets in, recommend it to anyone.

Really good
Purchased for elderly cockerpoo, who is getting used to the new mode of transport. The pram is excellent, strong and sturdy, easy to manoeuvre with the swivel wheels, easy grip handles and good brakes. Plenty of room for the dog and the mesh cover comes down to offer more security if needed. Safety clips inside make it a very secure item. Really good value too.

Slightly disappointed with this item.
I was disappointed to find that when this was assembled there was a gap in the netting at each side towards the back near the handles which meant my cat could possibly escape. I had thought from the description that the netting would be secure all the way round. I originally ordered this item as i cant carry my cat for long as i have issues with my elbows. Therefore to get round the issue i bought a cat carrier which i placed on the seat of the pet stroller after removing the netting. I was able to secure the cat carrier to the stroller using the straps on the carrier. This aside the pet stroller is quite sturdy and smooth to wheel around. However i would recommend that this be used for dogs that are too big to get through the gaps in the netting.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
