Quiet and Efficient
We spent quite a long time trying to find our ideal kettle - namely, one litre, quiet, plastic, and a push-button lid, and much less power than 3Kw, and this Tower kettle fits the bill. It even has a sturdy plastic filter which is an unexpected bonus because it will last and can easily be cleaned; all our previous kettles had flimsy mesh filters that soon break and replacements could be bought. Our previous kettle was also a Tower but it was metal that stains so easy, 1.7 ltr which is too big, 3000W which is too powerful, and was very very noisy. We gave up waiting for it to break because it seemed to keep going forever and decided to find a quieter one. Some reviews say that this one is fairly noisy but I can assure you it is very quiet, even the automatic switch off click is very quiet!

Great design, let down by cheap on/off switch
Wanted smaller 1 litre kettle so paid £25 for Tower model. Great design, however only 1 star as let down by cheap on/off switch which kept randomly turning off kettle before reaching boil. Have used Robert Dyas previously and happy with service but so far not impressed with refund policy. Was told I had to send photo to prove I had cut off plug from kettle and still waiting for refund even though I sent photo on 8th April.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
