Hmm let's summarise.
It's a nice and comfy chair to seat and to lie and relax. I was disappointed about the massage. It's a vibration massage not deep tissue kneading massage chair. You can relax on this but that's it.If your back is in pain and you thinking about relief, this is not the right solution. Kneading massage pad will be better choice.
