Amazing chair and great value
Amazing chair only slight down points, the recline mechanism needs quite a bit of force, so if you curl up in the chair while working from home you have to adjust everything to recline it. Only other point the massage points, I really wish they were set just a little bit higher on my back to reach the tops of my shoulders and a little more padding for the arms would be better.
Other than the above it’s an amazing chair, gorgeous fabric, the heat function has been used quite a few times already. It’s not too heavy to move around and has already made my body ache less just from the shape alone, compared to my old one. Only problem I have now, my cat claims it every time I get up.

I have just assembled this chair and instructions a little lacking but got there in the end. Chair is comfortable, it all operates, but covering quality is low. Let's see how it fairs.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
