Overview
This Gas BBQ Plancha has four 2.5kW stainless steel burners with piezo ignition, an enamelled steel cooking plate with huge 83 x 36cm cooking area and a removable grease tray. Each of the gas burners can be controlled independently, allowing you to create different heat zones for cooking a variety of ingredients simultaneously. Simple to use and versatile, this plancha also provides a healthy way to cook as the food is seared with grease draining away into a removable grease tray.
The black powder coated trolley can easily be detached. It provides a sturdy platform and plenty of storage, with a large shelf and two side tables, together with a comfortable working height. Two wheels on one side allow the trolley to be manoeuvred with ease.
The Plancha can be used with either propane or butane, although we recommend propane as it burns hotter which is better for cooking. Please note that you will require a standard gas hose with 8mm diameter and the appropriate gas regulator – 28mBar for butane or 37mBar for propane.

Stay Fire Safe: Please follow local fire safety guidance and never leave a BBQ unattended. Always read and follow the instruction manual. Never BBQ indoors. BBQs should be used on a flat surface, in well ventilated spaces and away from anything flammable such as sheds, trees and bushes. Keep away from children and pets. Be careful when moving as BBQs can remain hot for several hours.

Excellent Way of Cooking
Bought the plancha for ease of cooking and ease of cleaning and excellent on both counts. Would recommend buying a laser spot thermometer to help identify hot/medium/cooler areas of the cooking surface. I can understand why some reviews mention the stability of the stand. This stopped me giving 5 stars because a rivet snapped while I was putting it together but I was able to use a spare fixing that came in the fixings bag which sorted it. Does have the feeling of a wobbling jelly when being put together but bare with it, loosely put the stand together then tighten down from the top to the wheels. I can now wheel the assembled unit wherever it needs to go

Callow bbq
Not a bad grill to be honest, but needed parts as all parts didn’t come with it. Still need to get screws will have to see if I can get it at a DIY store.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
