Excellent cordless mower for small lawn.
This is my third very satisfactory online purchase from Robert Dyas over the last six years.
The mower had a good Which? review (for smaller lawns) and the Robert Dyas price was very good, especially as it included a very good strimmer for the same price as that suggested in Which? for the mower alone.
Reviews I have read nearly all mentioned a fault in that the screw holes for fixing the handle to the mower body do not align. This is absolutely true! However, it was easy for me to drill new holes in the right place - and it may not be strictly necessary to screw the handle in as it is a tight push fit. I still give five stars as the performance is superb on my 40 sq metre lawn. The battery is more than sufficient to do the whole lawn.
I haven’t used the strimmer much yet but it seems to be very powerful - as is the mower.

the mower and strimmer are brilliant and for the price you carnt go wrong. one thing I would say is its ashame it doesn't come with two batteries but part from that a very good buy

Tidy little mower
Happy to be mowing cord free again, it says it will cut half a tennis court on a charge, and it probably will. Tricky to assemble - I had to drill new holes to seat the handles. But it cuts well, and seems a robust bit of kit. The strimmer - again great to be core free.

Good products after a little modifying
Recently moving over to as much solar power as possible so purchased the above package to allow off grid battery recharging and away from cables.
Both items work well and do there job perfectly. The mower has 5 height adjustment that allow quite a range of cutting heights, and its motor is powerful enough for an average size garden. Battery power is good and battery charging after is very swift. Additional batteries look costly compared to the original purchase but that's kinda how it is. Item is very plasticy but if looked after should be fine for its use. Only strange issue I had was on assembly the drill holes to attach the handle didn't line up so had too drill adittional holes to secure.
The strimmer has also been very good, assembly was fine and performs well on both high grass and edges.
Had both products just over a month and so far used about 4 times with no issues.

Great Value
After recently moving to a new home with a smaller garden, my old big and bulky petrol lawnmower seemed unnecessary . I was looking for a cordless mower and had been recommended Greenworks by a neighbour. This kit has been perfect, its lightweight and easy to move around but still feels well built and will hopefully last the test of time. Its more than powerful enough, first time i used it when the grass was long i did have to recharge the battery for 15 mins before finishing, but since i am able to cut the lawn and then put the battery in the line trimmer to finish the edges without it running out.
