This 48v cordless lawn mower from Greenworks is the perfect tool to keep your lawn trim and in good shape.
With a 41cm cutting width, 6 position variable cutting height and completely cord-free operation, this machine is great for medium to large-sized gardens giving your grass a clean and uniform cut. The cut grass is dealt with thanks to the 2 in 1 mulcher/collector and this mower also runs off of two 24v batteries giving it a long run time so it's ideal for medium to larger sized grass cutting jobs.
The innovative modular battery system from Greenworks means you can use one battery to power a number of different tools. Convenient, easy to use and no compromise in performance, the cordless range from Greenworks is the perfect addition to any outdoor space.

Does the job…..now
After researching battery lawnmowers I settle on the Greenworks model. The wide cutting width and lightweight easy to push mower makes cutting the lawn effortless. I have a large lawn area and was drawn in by the claimed it was suitable for gardens up to 700 sqm, unfortunately this isn’t true with the supplied batteries and a pair of the larger capacity batteries had to be brought to cut my full lawn.

Battery
It’s great not having wires and it cuts really well… however …
Be aware that the two batteries supplied are used together at the same time. When it says it comes with with two batteries, that’s somewhat misleading. We assumed it would be one battery on charge and one in use. The problem with that is, the charge only last 20 minutes, our lawn isn’t huge by any means but we do have a front and back, we manage to get the back cut in one charge but then have to put batteries back on charge for 1hr before we can finish the job which is a bit frustrating .
We looked at buying a spare set of batteries but they were around £160 for two which then makes this a very expensive lawn mower .
Other than the battery issue it’s a great lawnmower .
